We love being booksellers and we are ideally placed here in Primrose Hill – an area rich in literary associations and teeming with local authors – where we enjoy the company of writers and enthusiastic readers every working day.

Share Our Good Fortune

The pleasure we derive from having a role to play in the world of books is sometimes hard for us to convey.  But we do try to share our enthusiasm and information and we firmly believe that personal recommendations and endorsements really do help our customers to find books they will enjoy.

Our Publications

For about a decade we have produced two catalogues each year, at Christmas and in the summer.  We also sent out mail-outs whenever we held an event.  As we all know, the mail is, by present standards, slow and expensive.
